Reproduction buffalo horn. Made of polyurethane resin, so is easily cut if needed.  It is partially hollow. Needs painted. To attach to the Indian face, I prefer to embed a block of wood into the center of the horn with Bondo. You can then easily screw it on from the back side of the face.
